About the Business
Cafe has been open for the past 6 years. We purchased it in March 2023. We did renovations to make the kitchen area bigger and more viable. We have updated the seating to make room for more customers. We have all locally sourced produce. We sell Academy coffee who supply the coffee machine. Pies, Sausage rolls, cakes and pastries purchased from the Sugarmill Orange. Cold drinks, fresh made sandwiches are also sold. Loyal local customer base aswell as a large tourist trade. We have a large following on Facebbook and Instagram.
History
This cafe was first opened 6 years ago by a local resident. The Village Grocer has retained the same name since the beginning which has helped in building a good social media following. Nestled in the heart of Carcoar's historical buildings the cafe attracts a lot of tourists who come to see these marvelous buildings.
