TANK BATHHOUSE is the most unique health, wellness and hospitality concept in Australia. If you have seen us on Social media then you'll know that there is NOTHING quite like us. Imagine 5 star degustation dining and a MOET CHANDON champagne bar serving bubbles and cocktails to guests in the pools. Imagine multiple hot tubs and cold plunge pools, hot stone saunas and Moroccan steam rooms. Imagine massage, facials and other spa treatments. Now imagine a business that's open day and night, for events, for baby showers, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, corporate functions and even wellness retreats.
At TANK we're like the ultimate day-cation and our spend per customer is INDUSTRY LEADING. Guests don't come to TANK for a treatment, they come for an entire day. It's not uncommon that guests would arrive at 9am for a bathhouse and massage and then spend the day relaxing in the social areas, eating lunch and drinking with friends and other guests. We're like a day spa, a day club and a pool bar all wrapped into one.
But that's just the beginning; at TANK we are about creating UNIQUE experiences which means our design team are passionate about. making. every TANK BATHHOUSE as unique as the next. We have TANK FARM and TANK RIVIERA already operational in QLD and we are already look at TANK BEACH, TANK LAKE, TANK HINTERLAND and TANK COUNTRY CLUB just to name a few.

Becoming a TANK Licensee means you have access to a full suite of tools, branding and marketing without any of the rules or restrictions that comes with franchising. We empower you with proven technology and marketing strategies that you can use to fill your venue and make a fantastic profit. We have proven the model in our first locations and have both small scale and large scale business examples to give you confidence. Getting traffic to the business is on auto-pilot as the fonders are marketing experts. The TANK Brand is very well known.
Training provided
Like some of th emost successful franchises in the world, TANK leverages industries where base level trained staff are redily available in most locations, then we add our training and systems to upskill and create passionate, loyal staff. As a Licensee, you'll have access to this training from day 1. We allow you to visit our HQ for training complimentary or take advantage of our Licensee support system where you will be mentored by others who have been through what you are going through. We help you with the entire process of setting up.
Skills
Because TANK is an incredibly systemised business model, you have the flexibility of simply employing staff to run the business for you, or being hands on yourself. Either way, the skills required to manage a TANK location are very simple. A great personality, basic level computer skills and a passion for offering exceptional customer service is all that is required. If you have hospitality or dayspa training then BONUS but certainly not required. We supply all the tools you need to get started successfully FAST.
Length of Agreement
TANK Licensees are secure in knowing they can renew their contracts well into the future. We protect our brand stongly, meaning that you will need to follow our brand licensing rules but apart from that you are free to run your business as you wish. We are all about helping you and giving you support NOT forcing you to do things our way or buy things through us. There is NOTHING that you have to do our way at all. If it makes sense then do it. Tank started on a 40 acre farm on the Sunshine Coast and with roaring success we launched TANK Riviera a stunning riverfront venue in Mooloolaba. We have the next few locations already in our sights and we are looking for licensees around Australia and in nearby countries to help us grow the brand to more exciting destinations.
