We have our own recipe.( We make our own teriyaki sauce, sushi vinegar and all other sauces without using any kind of MSG. And this is the main reason we have many loyal customers.)
With more 15 years of experience on this business, we are managing the shop very cost-effectively. There are only a working couple and a part time worker. Also as we are concentrating on very popular sushi rolls and few tempuras there is no leftover on end of the day.
Good size stockroom.
Among 5 years of lease term, 3 years remained but the landowner have extended the lease 4 times without any problems. (The landowner wants to hold the sushi shop in my place.) I advise not to worry on the extension of another 5 years lease next time.
Reason to sell: Retirement. (If a buyer want me to work in the shop for successful settlement on the business, I can work up to six month for the success of the business.)
