About the Opportunity
We’re offering a rare chance to step into a secure, income-generating delivery role with a fixed weekday start, flexible finish, and no customer chasing or franchise fees. Two owner-driver positions are now available servicing the Coolum and Noosa coastal regions, with routes that take you past some of the Sunshine Coast’s most scenic beachside suburbs.
As an owner-driver, you'll deliver freight from our depot in Kunda Park to homes and businesses across a consistent set of suburbs. You’ll be part of a well-organised, professional operation where your only focus is on safe, timely deliveries - not administration or customer acquisition.
Here’s what the opportunity looks like:
• Monday to Friday
• Start at depot 6:30 AM, on the road by 8:30 AM
• Finish when all freight is delivered - some days earlier, some later, depending on volume
• Earnings average $2,000 per week
• Modern vehicles included in the package - turnkey setup, ready to roll
All customer accounts remain owned and managed by the company - you’re not buying a territory or clients, you’re buying consistent work
This is not a franchise, and there are no renewal fees or backend admin for you to worry about. You’ll be provided all freight, scanning equipment, route information, and supported by our local depot team throughout your time with us.

Marketing support
We handle all customer acquisition, admin, and billing—so you don’t have to. Training provided
You’ll receive comprehensive onboarding and shadow training to understand the depot process, scanning, loading, and delivery practices. We'll ensure you know the route, delivery expectations, and best practices before you go solo. Ongoing support is always available through our operations team.
No prior courier experience is necessary. We’ll also help guide you through business setup, insurances, and run ownership basics if you’re new to the industry.
Skills
Ideal candidates are punctual, reliable, and customer-focused. You’ll need a current Australian car licence and a good driving record. A strong work ethic, care with freight, good driving skills, strong time management, and the ability to lift moderate freight are essential. You should be confident working independently and capable of scanning and following digital manifests. Previous courier experience and knowledge of Sunshine Coast coastal suburbs is a bonus but not required.
Length of Agreement
You’re purchasing the right to operate one of our guaranteed daily delivery runs under contract. The run itself remains the property of our business and cannot be resold or transferred. There are no lock-in renewal fees, and as long as performance expectations are met, the opportunity remains yours indefinitely.You own the vehicle outright, and ongoing support is included at no extra cost. This is a long-term, secure business opportunity with recurring income and minimal overheads.
