About the Business
We supply medics, physiotherapists and paramedics to events - primarily weekend sports.
We are one of the few companies that does this in Sydney. We hold the majority of clubs in one of the codes of rugby in Sydney. We have branched out to different codes and are also now supporting larger, medium budget endurance sporting events.
Management and administration has become meticulously streamlined over years of trial and error. It now takes about 4-5 hours of work a week to completely manage the business - 2 hours if you're on top of things.
Whats best is that you have the ability to work at events and make more money. I'm spoilt in that I make good weekly takings but can also make more if I need a bit of cash.
This would be a great investment for a cunning physiotherapist as there's a large untapped referral mechanism - we had 750 potential warm referrals last year.
It would be good for a paramedic/ ED Nurse as there's scope to move more into the bush music festival scene which is generally low risk and high billing.
History
Our small business started with 1 club 7 years ago. Since then we've grown it to 18 clubs across Sydney, numerous interstate motorcross events, ultramarathons and medium sized music festivals. We've been very lucky!
