The Opportunity
As a valued partner and sales agent, you will be an independent contractor responsible for developing positive relationships within your local community that will result in the generation of client acquisitions and referrals.
About You
We are looking for motivated partners that:
have a track record of being an independent, driven and successful sales agent;
are ready to take on a challenge to fulfil a noble purpose;
are motivated by a potentially significant earning potential;
can demonstrate high integrity and an ability to operate in accordance with our core values;
have exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to build a strong network
are comfortable working independently whilst maintaining a strong and collaborative working relationship.
Remuneration is based on a percentage of revenue you generate and includes a trailing commission. Remuneration for the role also includes monthly support and marketing payments for the first year and a marketing start up kit.
We will work with you to provide a full Home Instead Orientation to help you understand our business. You will also have access to ongoing marketing support including digital content and resources including public education guides.
