An exciting opportunity now exists in Capalaba to join the Bridgestone Select Franchise Network. Bridgestone Select offers an extensive range of quality tyres, including car tyres and 4x4 tyres, complete tyre related services, and automotive mechanical repairs and services.

Being associated with the industry's strongest and most trusted brand through this proven and highly successful Franchise model gives you an immediate head start. A core component of the success of Bridgestone Select is the ability to offer consumers a one-stop shop for all their tyre and automotive service needs. This allows our Franchisees to build a loyal customer following with regular engagement.
Owning a franchise should be about running a business for yourself, but not by yourself. The Bridgestone philosophy is one of total support for our franchisees. Marketing support
Bridgestone provides extensive promotional and marketing support to our Franchisees.
Advertising and marketing are fundamental to the growth of your business. Bridgestone Australia invests millions of dollars annually in retail advertising, brand campaigns, consumer research and brand profiling.
We also work closely with Franchisees to conduct local area marketing and cover the costs of artwork creation for various mediums, including social media.
Training provided
Our extensive training program is tailored to each franchisee's experience and understanding of the tyre and automotive mechanical servicing industry. Your initial induction training includes in-store experience, online learning, and time in the classroom.
Your appointed Regional Franchise Manager and State Training manager will be your ongoing active coaching and support crew, helping you implement the proven Bridgestone Select systems and processes and continually improve your store's performance.
Skills
Your ability to lead and manage a team and desire to provide an exceptional customer experience is paramount to your success, as is a willingness to implement and follow proven systems and procedures. Administration skills are required, and you will have access to a fully integrated bookkeeping service to help keep your accounts accurate and up to date.
Franchise owners are required to work in their stores.
While interest in cars and automotive service is helpful, many successful Franchisees come from a variety of career backgrounds.
