I started this Business about 4 and a half Years ago just at the start of the COVID era . I worked very hard to get it established and have loved every minute of it. Word of mouth has gotten me more Clients than any advertising. Personally have been in the industry for about 12 Years . The classes are very busy with wait lists . The atmosphere if fun and welcoming to all ages and fitness levels . This business would suit someone passionate about health and fitness and helping clients from all walks of life . History
I opened this business about 4 and a half years ago . I had worked in the industry for quite some time and wanted clients to not feel like a number and to feel accepted no matter the age , size or fitness level . I believe any movement is good movement and wanted to share how much Reformer Pilates helped me with my own Health issues. I have loved seeing clients achieving the best version of themselves feeling safe , heard and supported.
