As we turn our attention to Perth, we’re looking for a passionate franchise partner to help bring this exciting vision to life. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual(s) who shares our enthusiasm for great food and excellent service. As a franchise partner, you will work closely with our experienced HQ team in Sydney, receiving full support throughout the entire process, from training to ongoing operations. Our dedicated team will be by your side, ensuring you have all the tools and knowledge you need to operate a successful restaurant.

Training provided
Rashays offers a comprehensive 6-week training program for new franchisees, ensuring you are fully equipped to succeed! This hands-on training covers all aspects of front and back-of-house operations, from customer service and team management to kitchen procedures and inventory control. You'll receive expert guidance, practical experience, and ongoing support to ensure you are confident in running your franchise and delivering the high standards Rashays is known for.

Rashays is looking for franchisees with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for success. While hospitality experience is a bonus, it’s not essential!
