On install day sub-contractors collect items from warehouse and deliver to the property. Owners arrive at property and assist in hanging artwork, making beds and placing accessories and ornaments. Minimum hire term is currently 5 weeks. At the end of the hire term sub contractors attend the property to pack up items and return to warehouse.
