A lot of growth potential here. We recently finished renovating a new events room which we are yet to open. This is a whole new revenue stream now available to you. There is also currently 4 tennis courts adjacent to the futsal courts that can be returfed and turned into even more futsal courts. These will need to be negotiated with the owner of the land.
I only put 5-10 hours a week into the business. If you dedicate more you can easily 2-3x the revenue within a year. Also potential to grow online presence.

About the Business
I am looking to sell my business which has been in operation for a bit over 1.5 years now. It is a futsal business located in Sydney where we lease out futsal courts to coaches, schools, for competitions, events such as birthdays and general hire for 5-side games.

The business is currently profitable and requires only 5-10 hours a week personally to keep it running. That is with the help of one junior employee who works roughly 8 hours a week. Now, saying this, it is my side hustle. You can definitely put more time into it and grow it a lot larger than I have. Most processes are automated and there is a lot of growth opportunities. Our natural growth alone is close to 100% YoY.
Forecasted to make 50k+ in net profit by the end of the year. 75k next year with natural growth but could be more if you want to put some more time and effort into it than I have.
We have also just finished renovating an event room (spent 10k on this) to host birthday parties which we haven’t opened yet so there is a whole new source of revenue available to the buyer.
The biggest expense we have is the rent we pay to the owner of the land. There is currently a contract in place for 2.5 more years, however owner is very open to extended this beyond.
