It has 2 entries and comes with a café and waiting area for customers, 3 wash bays and 3 vacuum bays there is unlimited and untimed parking available making it easy for customers and the potential to increase sales very easily.

Currently washing around 250 - 300 cars a week (depending on the weather) with an average sale for car wash around $50-$70 per car
