Our Hydraulink Sales Service Technician Franchisees, or HSST, are in high demand to provide a mobile hydraulic hose and fittings breakdown and repair service for the following industries;
- Road, rail, construction, and infrastructure projects,
- Earthmoving and civil excavation contractors engaged in building and construction,
- Waste and demolition contractors,
- Transport and logistics services,
- Truck and trailer manufacturing or repairs,
- Automotive vehicle mechanical repairs,
- Warehousing and materials handling,
- Agriculture, farming, and forestry,
- Marine and fishing,
- Mining,
- Military and defence,
- Manufacturing and industrial processing.

HOW TO GET STARTED
This depends on you, but can happen in as little as 8-10 weeks. It starts with the initial interview and Hydraulink Experience Day with one of our technicians.
Depending on your finance funding options and business needs, entry level start up investment may vary between $40,000 to $60,000 + financed planta nd equipment+ stock, including franchise fee, training, working capital, vehicle and equipment.








Marketing support

Hydraulink Franchisees receive a geographical territory to market their business and there is no marketing levy. Marketing support includes;
- a corporate website, dealer locator & national 1300 call centre to direct them enquiries,
- industry trade shows & targeted print media campaigns,
- development of local social media,
- graphic design & print support of their local marketing campaigns,
- branded products, catalogues, marketing collateral, & promotional merchandise.

Training provided

Hydraulink's investment in your training, ongoing support, and product knowledge pays you the dividends in terms of strategic growth and sustained success.

Your training starts with a 4 day course at the Hydraulink Academy followed by ongoing group meetings, technical toolbox talks and field support from a dedicated area manager.

Skills

Trade qualifications in a related field are beneficial but not essential. What you really need is a mechanical aptitude, great customer service skills, and a passion for fixing things. Someone who wants to;
