Pedders now has the opportunity for you to establish your own Pedders Franchise in the Mt Barker / Totness area of South Australia!

Marketing support

Pedders Suspension and Brakes supplies it's own range of Pedders branded products. The Pedders marketing fund is administered by Pedders and all franchised and company owned businesses contribute to the fund. Pedders franchisees are required to pay 5% of their monthly gross revenue (capped at a maximum contribution per month) to the Pedders national advertising fund which is directed to national marketing campaigns to drive sales and leads to all Pedders stores.

Training provided

Pedders prides itself on being able to offer its extensive in house training to those mechanically minded passionate people. Considering the complexity and diversity of steering, towing, braking and suspension componentry, as well as the huge opportunity the knowledge brings to this area, training is seen as pivotal to the success of increasing steering and suspension sales available to our customers.

Skills

Suitable applicants must demonstrate great people skills, leadership, business development acumen and a passion for all things automotive. Sales is a key facet of our business and we sell to both the automotive trade and retail.

Length of Agreement

Along the way, there is a host of training and bonus performance targets applicable to meet with an overall 5-year expectation. This is a unique opportunity for suitable candidates to purchase a new site within a successful franchise network.
