Skills
For coffee making, the coffee supplier offers free training although current staff are all trained in this. We make most of our products and have recipes for all products available. It would be be beneficial to have a chef, pastry chef or kitchen hand work in the kitchen, however current owners can provide training as part of the hand-over. Alternatively, some of our products are brought from external suppliers, this range could be increased to remove need to skill in the kitchen.
Hours
Our store is currently open Tuesday to Friday, 6am to 3pm, Saturdays and Mondays 6am to 1pm and Sundays 7:30-11:30am.

The current lease is in place until November 2027.

We currently employee 8 casual staff, most are long term workers who have been with us for 1.5 years to 5 years.
Reason for Sale
One of the owners has an acute injury that is long term and requires surgery. A stand-up job will not be suitable for the long term. The business was founded by the current owners 14 years ago and the plan was to run the business through to retirement, but unfortunately it is not meant to be. The business has plenty of life to give, and has many areas for growth. We really hope that someone will be able to take over and carry the business on into the future.

Our coffee customers are loyal and from a variety of demographics including workers, tradies and people from the local residential areas.
