Looking to sell this start up business (note sales have not been established as this is a start up) as it has taken 5 years to develop formulations, achieve certification, source packagaing, establish branding to ensure packaging is on point for retail stores and develop website and e-commerce store has proven to be very time consuming. Our additional businesses are well established and are experiencing continued and rapid growth. I do not have the time to commit to this startup.

The CEO/Founder spent 5 years working closely with an approved Ecocert manufacturer specialising in organic certified formulations and following current trends and ingredients within the beauty industry. We are one of a few Australian skincare brands that meet this globally recognised standard. An in house laboratory, specialised chemists and production facilities allow complete customisation of this start up range and the potential for ongoing product launches with inhouse support. We also worked closely with an award winning branding and marketing company to develop the story, branding and packaging artwork to support this brand and ensure it is marketable to potential customers and stockists. Formulas for all 19 products that meet the Ecocert certification requirements are included.

Stockist interest is diverse and comes from online beauty spas and specialty beauty/skincare stores.
History
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010 and began to clean up my lifestyle-food, cleaning and beauty products. I found it difficult to find honest brands due to "green washing" and claims that weren't true, so I decided to start this business as I wanted my products to be transparent amongst consumers and the certification holds the brand accountable to these claims. We began subitting products into beauty awards and we are now an award winning global brand. Australian made organic products and ingredients are highly regarded worldwide.
