Ground-Breaking Support and Systems
We offer Franchise Partners a 24/7 Care Services Platform - a centralised intakes, scheduling and client support platform operating 365 days per year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Designed to alleviate the administration duties of the Franchise Partner, the Care Services Platform handles all calls, inquiries and client visits allowing the Franchise Partner to focus on building their business.

Training provided
Our Foundations training starts with our Franchise Opener program, which covers everything from insurance, to wrapping your Nurse Next Door car, to setting up your marketing and sales systems. You’ll also join us for a full week of Franchise Partner training in Melbourne (Immersions Week) to set you on the road towards becoming a successful franchise operator. Members of our HeartQuarters team will show you how to be a leader, effective executor, great communicator, skilled manager of people and excellent operator.

Nurse Next Door was launched in Vancouver, Canada in September 2001 by co-founders Ken Sim and John DeHart and began franchising in April 2007. Since then, Nurse Next Door has successfully expanded into Canada, USA & Australia.
In late 2018, Nurse Next Door awarded their first international partnership with the Australian Master Franchise going to Melbourne locals Amber Biesse and Matt Fitton.
Commencing operations in early 2020, Nurse Next Door has now grown to over 40 locations around Australia from Far North Queensland to WA.
