• a proven system: each year, our students achieve outstanding results in open exams and report significant improvements in results and attitude to learning;
• access as a trusted test provider: we are an authorised test provider of the following high stakes assessments: Australian Mathematics Competitions and international competitions;

• ongoing investment into research projects to improve educational outcomes, a track record of Government projects with the Australian Government and research projects with universities including University of Melbourne.
Marketing support
Marketing Support and ongoing advice will be provided.
North Shore Coaching College has an established online and social media presence, undertakes a variety of marketing activities, and is a strong and trusted brand in the education space for delivering quality and exam preparation programs to assist and support students.
We do not charge a marketing levy, thereby empowering franchisees to direct and manage their own marketing in our supportive framework led by our State Principals and Marketing Manager.
Training provided
We offer in-person training to ensure Campus Directors are familiar with: our systems to support operations (including but not limited to enrolment administration system, student and teacher portals, online assessment and online reporting systems) and our products and services to become confident Campus Directors.
Additional ongoing support is provided to ensure Campus Directors are familiar with the tutoring services provided and to stay up to date with ongoing changes which may affect the business.
Skills
To become a successful Campus Director, we have discovered that the following skills (but not limited to) are essential:
• Passionate about education;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Possess a sales and customer service focus;
• Willing to learn and be flexible and adaptable to change;
• Positive attitude;
• Commitment to work on the weekend, flexibility to work ourside of normal business hours;
• Prior experience managing staff, leading amd mentoring a team.
