Summary

Noodle Box was built on a deep love of food, culture, and family. With over 28 years and 100+ restaurants, we’ve led the way in bringing vibrant Asian flavours to Australians nationwide.

Skills

Noodle Box Franchise Partners bring a variety of backgrounds, skills, and experiences to the table. While prior experience in hospitality or retail management is highly beneficial, the key qualities we value are a strong customer focus, business savvy, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for growing your business.

About the Business

At Noodle Box our purpose is “To enable the dreams and aspirations of our Franchise Partners by providing them with the best support we can and the security of growing, innovative brands”.

Noodle Box is the biggest and fastest growing Asian franchise in Australia, with more restaurants unboxed every year. In addition to our iconic brand, fresh produce and proven systems, we owe our success to our investment in people - especially our loyal, dedicated Franchise Partners.

Noodle Box is constantly innovating. Automated wok cooking technology has recently been implemented across the network delivering the same great Noodle Box taste with a reduced labour cost.

A Noodle Box franchise does not only offer a vast selection of popular wok-charred noodle, fried rice and stir fry dishes, but also proudly serves sister brands Supreme Leader Korean Krispy Chicken and undeniable authentic Double Dragon Dumplings.

The “Supreme Leader” and “Double Dragon Dumplings” are additional brands that are included in the Noodle Box package. These brands can be serviced from the existing Noodle Box kitchen and distributed via our delivery networks for extra revenue and profit.

Concept Eight is the owner of Noodle Box. It also owns several other brands including “Pattysmiths Premium Burgers” "Huxtaburger" and “Wok in a Box”. Concept Eight provides great advantages to its Franchise Partners in that it provides shared support services across all its brands including:

Strong marketing is the backbone of successful brands. At Noodle Box, our dedicated marketing team plays a vital role in helping attract, engage, and retain customers. Using a combination of proven strategies and innovative approaches, they work tirelessly to promote your restaurant and drive sales growth.
Training provided

All new Franchise Partners are required to complete a specifically designed comprehensive 4 week induction and training program. Each franchise partner is trained by experienced support centre team members and the program covers food preparation, customer service, cash management, advertising, promotions and store opening and closing procedures to name a few.

The training provides a blend of theory and hands-on instore experience, allowing you to build your skills and learn how to operate the most effective and efficient business.

History

Noodle Box was created by two adventurous young Aussies after they stumbled into a hawker market in Southeast Asia. They were instantly inspired by the fiery theatre of the kitchens, the aromas of spices, flavours of sauces and the market fresh ingredients on display. The two friends decided to deliver that same thrilling experience packaged in the now symbolic “Noodle Box” to Australians back home and the first Noodle Box was opened on Chapel Street in Melbourne in 1996.
