About the Business

This is a private billing practice, which is committed to attracting & retaining skilled clinicians. Also to providing a working environment that enables staff to develop their skills & capabilities through CPD, where skills gained will improve the care provided to patients & community. Financial support is provided to the nurses to cover contributions towards course or program fees & demonstrates the organisation's commitment to supporting the development of its staff. Non- financial support is also provided to staff members by way of paid work time to attend lectures/tutorials/workshops & exams that will enhance their knowledge & skills. The drs update their skills regularly by participating in CPD activities.

The practice is a teaching practice w/ RACGP + ACRRM, to support registrars in their pathways to specialize as GPs. 

Path is onsite to off-set the rent - Southern IML, pays $3K/month making rent just $28,800 pa. Books are closed, need more drs so room to grow w/ more GPs! 
• Dr 1 - Owner, not staying but may provide supervision w/out managing the practice post settlement (recognised by AHPRA for her efforts)
• Dr 2 - non VR GP on 60%
• Dr 3 - VR GP, female school hrs Mon to Fri and 1/2-day Fri - 70/30 
• Dr 4 - gen regn on 60%
• Dr 6 - VR GP, female wks F/T hrs 5 days/wk - 70/30

Vendor currently provides supervision, but not wkg clinically. She doesn't draw a director's fee or salary from her Practices. Practice is about 200sqm incl waiting rm + reception, 5 clinical rooms & office. From the floor plan, the medical half is essentially a line through the middle of the reception desk -> everything on the left; except the bathroom which is shared w/ the dentists. There is no travelator or lift to the entrance, there are a few steps and a ramp, then inside the building it is a single level.

An online meeting w/ the vendor may take place at a mutually agreed time and then progress with a site visit if interested in moving forward.
