I have recently moved an hour away from the salon and become a first time mother and have decided my heart is at home with my family so it's time to pass the reigns over to someone else.
About the Business
The salon is gorgeous, it is the perfect place to start growing your empire with lower over heads. We are a CPR salon, we stock all CPR products and colour. It is a beautiful Australian made and owned range with a reasonable price point without compromising on quality. We also have a second product range of Eleven, it is another beautiful Australian made brand with beautiful quality and reasonable pricing which sits well with my clientele. We have a strong and loving clientele. They predominantly rebook one appointment ahead at all times, two appointments if they are a Saturday or late night client. We are extension and blonde specialists, however we do all colour work, all cuts, all hair aspects except perms and beards. We don't have anyone overly looking for these services anyway. The salon is a loving, inviting and comfortable space that my clients adore, we listen to 80's music while relaxing and just enjoying each others company. Many of the clients I have been looking after for 4-10 years. They are apart of my family at this stage. We really value strong, real connection and would love to share that with the new owner. It is a strong investment when we have the return clientele the salon afloat and happy, even better if you have your own clients to add to the space.
History
The salon was previously named Salon Kudos and operated in Upper Coomera for 11 years previous to the current owner taking over. We are the third owner of the salon so far. We renamed to Tousled Studio (current owner already operating with this name prior to sale) 6 months after buying. We have now owned the salon going on 4 years. We moved to our new location 15 months ago and since moving the salon has grown exponentially with way more exposure and more street appeal.
