About the Opportunity
EasAbility Care is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and expand its NDIS services across Adelaide. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive both service excellence and business growth within a doctor-led, client-focused organisation. As the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day service delivery, ensure compliance with NDIS standards, manage staff recruitment and development, and lead onboarding and support planning for participants. You will also play a key role in business development, building relationships with key stakeholders, growing the client base, and identifying new opportunities in the disability support sector.
