About the Business
The clinic was originally part of Orthotic Solutions Podiatry in 2016, but when the owner started studying law, he changed the name to Maroubra Junction Podiatry Clinic as he knew that he was heading in a different direction and the clinic had to be rebranded.
The clinic has - reception, 2 consulting rooms, workroom, kitchenette, seperate own toilet and storeroom and 2 secure car spots. We have new stainless steel sinks and benches to ensure compliance with the new sterilisation rules.
As with all clinic sales, there will be a few patients who will not be happy, but there will be others who have no issue. To open your own clinic from scratch will cost over $100K in council development fees, construction costs, equipment, stock and then you have to generate a patient database. This owner has done the hard work for you and the sale price is basically those start up costs, but with an included Patient Database!!
FYI - The profit listed ($184K) is after rent and all other expenses, except the wages. Therefore, the $184K profit is the profit to be paid to the employee and the rest to the owner. It is a very profitable clinic for the time spent!!
