With over 50 years in trading, it is no wonder that around 70% of return business is from word of mouth and referrals. The brand has a reputation to be envied, exceptional google reviews and a very strong work in progress pipeline. 85% of work generated is to residential home owners which is a strategic decision. The commercial arm of the business could be grown significantly, and marketing is quite light as they are very consistent and busy as it is.
Currently, one owner works in the business full time mostly quoting and ordering which can easily be replaced and trained. Many of the staff are trained to cover multiple roles including, covering the owner with time off or annual leave.
