The manufacturing processes are relatively simple with a high value add and the use of modern raw materials results in products that are much safer and easier to work with compared to the old fashioned products offered by competitors.

Sales were around $15 million for the 22/23 year with an EBITDA of $2.8 mil.

The business is continually growing as more and more installers make the switch for the old technology to the new.

There is plenty of spare capacity and a huge opportunity to grow with some relatively minor capex in the near future.
