Skills
Carpentry skills is an advantage but not essential. Website, Google Ad words, facebook and Gumtree adverts all set up and running to generate daily leads.

Selling due to ageing health. This is is a Bali Hut manufacturing company designed to manufacure DIY Bali Huts for home owners, resorts & builders. Have moved house 3 times over the last 7 years and manufactured from a single garage to a double garage and now a 7x6m shed on a stadard 3 bedroom house block of land that we have just sold. Over the years we have expanded to what the market wants - Colorbond Gazebos, Merbau decks, Composite decks, Western Red Cedar Shingle Huts, Insulated panel fly overs, pergolas.
Currently the most lucrative business is targeting home owners with Bali Huts more than 10 years old and rebuilding their roof. This often results in changing whole hut to a Colorbond Gazebo. This is an endless job on the Gold Coast QLD with the past 20 years of Bali Huts built in the area plus we are still installing new ones now.
Bali Hut repairs / manufacturing is a specialised trade with most Carpenters opting to order a DIY kit before attempting to manufacture their own for their customers.
We have all the templates and plans to manufacture perfectly every time.

History
Started business in September 2016 by myself out of single garage selling DIY Bali Huts.
Paid to have a web site set up along with Google Adwords. First year was slow and a learning curve for me but having employed various carpenters over the years we have set up many templates to ensure every kit goes out correctly. Installing for customers is a great second source of income if you have someone to help you - we install most kits now.
