Owner-operators are set-up to succeed with ongoing business growth backed by Head Office Sales and Marketing team’s laser focused on attracting new customers for Franchisee’. Head office also provides full administrative support. MailPlus provides a unique high level service offering to it's customer's based on geographic territories and personal (franchisee), customer interaction, resulting in extensive customer loyalty.
On a day-to-day basis a MailPlus owner-operator will be active in;
- Pickup and lodgement of MailPlus Express and standard shipping products
- Clearance and delivery of mail from Post Offices
- Pickup and lodgement of Australia Post items, like Express Post
- Pickup and transfer of items between client’s premises
- Collection and lodgement of express banking
- Prospecting the franchise area for new customers
A MailPlus franchise provides the opportunity to run your own business (be your own boss), with full support from the head office of the franchisor (MailPlus Pty Ltd). It offers a flexible lifestyle (part-time or full time engagement), with ongoing business development and income growth potential.

Training provided
Full local handover/training/familiarisation will be provided by the existing owner at no cost.
Head office based training may be required at a later date.
Skills
A MailPlus franchisee will be reliable, energetic, punctual and have an eye for detail. They will be comfortable dealing with a cross section of business customers on a daily basis, as well as liaising with MailPlus Head Office. As an operator route/run planning skills and confidence driving in heavy traffic are essential.
As a business owner skills in daily staff management of drivers will be required where appropriate. Also the flexibility to respond to changing customer requirements and offer solutions is essential.
Length of Agreement
The MailPlus Osborne Park franchise includes an unlimited territory term transferable with the sale of the business to a new owner. This unlimited term was purchased by the current owner and is reflected in the sale price.
