The lease is a non-standardised commercial lease agreement and is in accordance with the Community Hub Use Policy. Minimum trading hours required are:
• No less than 2pm – 8.30pm from Monday to Thursday (inclusive); and
• No less than 12 noon – 8.30pm Friday – Sunday (inclusive)
• Modern pub cuisine meals are to be made available every evening of the week
Lease term will be negotiated with a minimum commencing of 3 years.

The Nyabing Community Hub was constructed in 2019 as a result of extensive community fundraising and government funding support. The building is owned by Nyabing Progress Association and offered for lease so that business owners can establish and run their business as their own boss.
