There is no requirement to work in the business at all. Noize is a highly refined business with management and production team in place. As part of the NOIZE group, you'll have access to ongoing support including a reliable stream of inbound leads. NOIZE HQ can even provide your sales on a silver platter if you prefer, leaving your production team to simply deliver on the work orders. You could have a background in sales or design, leading or just simply working in a creative team; either way, we will help you continue to grow the business.
Hours
The business open M-F 9-5. As owner it's up to you how much or little you work. You can totally outsource or work in it.
Lease
3 year lease + options however you'll want to move into bigger premises if you plan to keep scaling at the current rate.

5 staff and several contractors make up the NOIZE GC team. All of our staff are passionate about the business and are excited to maintain the current growth.
