Originally Australia’s first female only fitness club our members and amazing team have maintained an atmosphere where women of all shapes, size, age and fitness levels can train comfortably together with no judgments. We have seen generations of women come though from members as long as 25 years alongside their daughters and now grand daughters which makes this club a truly unique environment for all females.
