Training provided
We offer a comprehensive training program that offers new Franchise Partners the opportunity to equip themselves with the desired knowledge, hands on skills and attitude necessary to operate a successful store while upholding our mission and core values. You will learn everything from making coffee, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, managing daily operations, to hiring and training a team and controlling your business, all whilst delivering our signature service experience. Our training support continues even after you've opened your store!

When The Coffee Club opened the doors to its first store in Brisbane on Monday November 2 1989, Directors Emmanuel Drivas, Emmanuel Kokoris and John Lazarou unknowingly began one of Australia's most successful franchises.
Today, The Coffee Club has grown to more than 350 stores across eight countries in the Pacific, Asia and The Middle East.
In Australia, our 275 stores employ more than 6,000 team members and make over 50 million coffees each year. That's why coffee is our middle name!
