Marketing support

The Kalm Springs franchise group is well established, has an excellent knowledge of the marketplace and is ready to help you succeed. We want you to feel supported every step of the way and so we will provide; monthly marketing directives and direct communication channels to the founder for those daily operational questions. As Kalm Springs offers a premium wellness and recovery service, we need to be knowledgeable about the market. You will be provided with new research on the services we offer and current industry trends.



Training provided

As a Kalm Springs franchisee you receive comprehensive training before your doors open. Our aim is to help you develop a strong understanding of how your business operates, giving you the confidence you need from day one. You will undertake online training with our key suppliers and onsite training in our flagship hub. In addition to that, we give you ‘customer insight’ training where you will use all of our services at Kalm Springs.



Skills

To be a successful Kalm Springs franchisee we require people with a passion for improving health and wellness in their communities and people that relate to the health industry. Everything we do relates back to our premium brand and the Kalm Springs franchise model is perfect for owner operators.



Length of Agreement

Kalm Springs Franchise Agreement is for 5 years with the opportunity to exercise your option for a further 5 years.

History

Kalm Springs is an indulgent sanctuary providing premium floatation, sensory deprivation therapy, ice bath recovery and infrared saunas. It became apparent that there was a real lack of self care holistic health offering within our community. Emerging from our passion for sport, health and a desire to offer self care to the broader community. The goal was to offer holistic wellness treatments in an inviting and welcoming environment. Also a desire to create a connected Kalm Springs family.
