Our Franchisees generate work through two main sources.
1) Commercial System. The Leather Doctor is partnered with several national retailers who employ our services to handle warranty and insurance claims. Our commercial system alone contributed over $4.5 million last year in sales to Franchisees. Jobs are managed using our unique custom built software that is very simple yet effective. When you join the team there are jobs already waiting for you.
2) Through local marketing and advertising by the Franchisee. Franchisees are able to utilise professional adverts and lead generation to promote their business and attract private clients. The Franchisor attracts private leads for its Franchisees through google, social media and the website.
Marketing support
Franchisees are given extensive access to the marketing and communications touch points that will help them grow their business. They have constant access to all head office staff in the varying areas of expertise to utilise as necessary. Custom van branding, marketing collateral, digital marketing strategies and lead generation with an exceptionally high rate of success are all part of coming on as a franchisee. Systems that automatically generate substantial amounts of commercial work are also put in place for you.
Training provided
There is an intensive 3 week initial training program. You spend time with trainers who have proven success and will help you develop your business plan. You receive one-on-one training on how to set up the accounting system and the specialised job tracking system. Following the initial training, we continue to provide ongoing training, support, forums, conferences and workshops.

Length of Agreement
The Franchise Agreement are for 5 year terms which means they need to be renewed every 5 years.
