Marketing support
Jim’s Pool Care provides franchisees with comprehensive marketing and branding support, including a website, Google and other online listings. We assist with your initial local campaign and supply professional materials, allowing you to focus on growth.
Training provided
As well as 2 days Jim's Group Business training, Jim's Pool Care provide our new Franchisees with an initial intensive Pool Care Training course over 3 weeks. This includes practical on the road training.
Online resources are made available, along with continued training and development from Regional Franchisors and preferred suppliers.
New Franchisees are enrolled in the National Certificate 3 Pool Technician Qualification to ensure continuous development, and an expert team.

- No prior pool care experience necessary – comprehensive training and customer handover provided
- Strong customer focus is essential
- Must be motivated and passionate about delivering excellent service
- Ability to follow established systems and processes
- Ideal for individuals seeking a career change and ready to invest in their future
- All new franchisees must complete a police and credit check as part of the onboarding process
Length of Agreement
Walk away at any time with 14 days notice (subject to non-compete).
Territory can be split and resold, customers can be sold for additional earnings potential.
