About the Opportunity
Each franchise region includes rights to the territory, and guaranteed minimum fees of between $60,000 to $80,000 per annum to your operation.
The iSPECT franchisee receives a business in a box, so they can hit the ground running and grow their weekly inspection numbers.
FRANCHISE SUMMARY
iSPECT seek Franchisee's that are motivated and capable of integrating the following tasks into their daily operations:
- Set region specific inspection prices relative to competition and client demand;
- Respond to phone, email, SMS, quote requests and online chats from enquiries generated from iSPECT localised marketing within your region;
- Respond to commercial enquiries and submit quotations and/or tender for commercial and government dilapidation, pre completion, warranty and rental minimum performance inspection types, utilising iSPECT experience and systems ;
- Complete onsite inspections of residential and commerical properties and new builds, including pest and termite inspections, as requried by the client;
- Complete the inspection specific report and submit to the client, within the agreed time frame;
- Promote inspection services to local business, including real estate agents, conveyencers, architects, mortgage brokers, project manager, engineers, body corporate, buyer advocates etc;
- Receive and reply to client reviews and maintain and keep current business services listings;
- Liaise with the iSPECT Administration Team to maintain daily work schedules, invoicing and timely completion of inspection reports;
- Utilise the iSPECT Booking System that includes its communications network, bookings system, web application inspection report, invoicing and marketing;
- Participate in training, business support and professional development activities;
- Grow a saleable asset, servicing a cash flow friendly business, and join a team of experienced building inspection operators.
Marketing support
Your marketing fees will contribute towards online marketing of your dedicated franchise website and to leads generated by iSPECT head office. Your dedicated Account Manager will support you with your local area marketing to develop your own word of mouth and business to business relationships. This marketing support comes with a weekly, 4 inspection guarantee, that equates to $60,000 to $80,000 per annum.
Training provided
All training in the classroom and in the field is included in the franchise. The modules of training include an iSPECT induction and on the job training observation and then completing under supervision residential and commercial building inspections.
If required to complete termite and timber pest training, this course is completed at an additional cost with a recommended iSPECT training provider.
Skills
Our pre requisites are registered builders or building professionals with 3-5 years relevant experience. These types of building professionals can be:
-Builders;
-Surveyours/Certifiers;
-Site Supervisors;
-Carpenters;
-Architects; or
-Structural Engineers.
Length of Agreement
Our agreements are for 20 years with no fee for renewal. There is no restriction on how long you stay in he business. We have a cooling off period of 14 days after signing. There is no penalty if you decide to surrender your business.
