Graviteq, situated in Malaga, WA, is part of a small mixed use gated zoned complex of four businesses, offering 24/7 secure access to the facility. The current lease has two years remaining, and there are 12 onsite parking spaces available.
Since 2017, Graviteq is a highly respected name in the rope access community, renowned for delivering quality IRATA-certified training and associated heights related courses. Our bespoke Malaga rope access training facility with reception area, 2 x good size offices, large classroom, kichenette, male and female toilets, air-conditioned practical area and generous warehouse storage is perfectly suited for current rope access operators seeking to supplement their operational income by offering IRATA-certified training courses.
IRATA Membership is not transferable so a new audit would be required upon acquisition. The IRATA framework requires an appointed Rope Access Manager (IRATA Level 1 required) and a nominated Technical Authority (IRATA Level 3). For training - a strong interest and aptitude for teaching the IRATA syllabus, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and practical skills to trainees is required.
24/7 access to the complex is allowed. The workshop has live feed security camera's inside and outside.
The 3 year lease expires in Jan 2028. Rent is $5084 per month with outgoing's included.
After 11 years of dedication to training in the rope access industry, I have made the difficult decision to sell the business as I move onto the next adventure. I believe that with the right vision and investment, propped up by a solid operational arm, there is significant potential for growth and improvement. This sale presents an opportunity for someone passionate about the industry to take this established brand to new heights.
Ultimately there's 4 options to consider with this sale, in order of preference:
1. Buy 'Graviteq' as a full business acquisition, including everything: name, brand, IP, assets, memberships & take over Malaga lease.
2. Buy all assets at Malaga and take over lease.
3. Buy 'Graviteq' as a business, including name, assets and memberships & don't take over Malaga lease.
4. Buy all assets at Malaga and don't take over lease.
In 2017, Graviteq was founded following the acquisition of its predecessor, Evo Access, by Monadelphous. While the acquisition included many of Evo Access's operational services, it notably excluded the training aspect, which led to the establishment of Graviteq. This new entity was created with the specific aim of continuing to deliver IRATA training, ensuring that the critical training services remained available to industry professionals.
From 2020 onwards, Graviteq focused on expanding its operations and quickly grew its presence in the region. By strategically establishing four IRATA training centers in Australia and an additional center in the Philippines, Graviteq became an internationally recognised provider of high-quality IRATA training services.
Despite experiencing substantial growth, Graviteq has also faced remote management challenges, which led to a recent contraction of the brand bringing it back to one central location in Perth.
Graviteq is heavily represented in online and social media platforms with organic top, page one, google listings for many relevant serch terms future proofing the brand.
As I embark on a new career opportunity, I believe Graviteq has a solid foundation in place for anyone looking to take on this established brand. The company has a strong reputation for excellence in training and a loyal client base, presenting a valuable opportunity for continued success.
