History
The business was established in 2014. The company had looked around the area for a suitable venue, and were advised by the City of Albany this location was open for tenders, the company sucessfully tendered for the location then worked closely with the local architects H&H over a 12 month period, directing the extensions of the former Quartermasters store to the much loved restaurant it is today. Purpose built open fine dining kitchen, was the centrepiece of the redevelopment. Garrison since opening hosted Royalty, Govenment and Hollywood!
