Totally flexible, work as much or as little as you like. Current owner works approx 10 event days per month.
Lease
No set lease applies. However, stall fees are charged by most event organisers.

Reason for Sale
Current owner owns the entire Sunshine Coast OMG region, which is too large to service themselves. They will be focusing on the north section of the Sunshine Coast. The area being sold comprises the south coast and much of the hinterland.
