When you commence the process of opening your GymbaROO-KindyROO centres, the Marketing Team will provide a number of marketings assets and resources on how to launch and kickstart your local organic and paid marketing strategy.
Training provided
The GymbaROO-KindyROO training program is an 18 month program which commences with the franchise induction program, teachers training and ongoing training as a rookie over the first 18 months.
Skills
To own and operate a GymbaROO-KindyROO franchise, you need strong business and financial management, organisational and marketing skills, and the ability to build community connections. You must lead and develop a small team, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure safe, high-quality program delivery.
