The store consist of 12 trained staff on a rotating roster and our open times are from 10:30AM - 9PM weekdays and 10AM - 9PM on weekend. Can run until 10PM if wanted as Woolworths close at 10PM everyday.
The store is directly infront of Woolworths which has great amount of foot traffic and is exposed to 3 foot tracking paths.
Electricity: $600 per month
Wages: $6,500 per month (full staff, no owners)

Gong cha provide marketing for website, social media and posters and promotions. All marketing campaigns are run from head office where they provide all SOP and marketing material.

All staff (12) currently trained to open and close the business, new owner will also be trained to take over and either can work at the store. Current owners don't work at the store and have a rotating roster.
