About the Business
The business thrives on work by locals who have known this business as the go to exhaust shop for the last 25 plus years or so on the Coast. The shop is renowned for fabricating custom exhausts for the local muscle car, classic car and hotrod enthusiasts all over the coast and from out of town. We offer specialised fabricated hand built systems for individual cars.
We also provide replacement parts and assemblies for all makes and models of cars and utes through to heavy truck & Light bus exhausts.Towbar installs can be ramped up.
We have a long Heavy Duty Hoist for light trucks,motorhomes and long vehicles incl small coaster buses, we have 5 x 4 poster hoists, 1 being HD long hoist, 1 x mechanical with front and rear hydraulic jacks, and 3 x std 4 post hoists. Run 2 x 2 post hoists for mechanical and header replacements.
Shop is setup with new Unimig welders, new bandsaw, new plasma CNC machine with 3.0m cutting table, press benders, new tube roller, fabrication machines and tools, hot saw, cold saw, tyre machine and balancer.
Systems are setup with full inventored lightspeed computer programme for invoicing and parts inventory, with Apple Mac computers. Reception and a showroom that displays our preferred exhaust parts and systems. We are a Magnaflow dealer and use these parts on all our custom builds and for anyone wanting a superior product with a warranty.
Brands stocked and are dealers for:Magnaflow, Xforce, Hurricane & Pacemaker,Torqit and Exhaust Systems Australia.
We stock a full range of exhaust parts from tube, mandrel bends, mufflers, resonators, cat converters and headers and full exhaust hardware stockists.
The day to day work comprises of bolt on after market exhaust systems, cat converter replacements, std exhaust replacements and repairs and the shop specialises in building custom built mandrel bend exhausts either in aluminised or in a stainless finish.
Header supply and fitment is very much in demand and a staple in the business day to day.
Over the counter sales for exhaust parts is in demand and is why we have good stock levels.
The business is being sold as a walk in walk out sale with training given if needed by the purchaser
