My Database has approx. 4,800 customers since coming into retail. All phone numbers that have been associated with the business that are currently diverted to my main lines are included in the sale.
Along with logo’s etc. eBay store can be included.
Also, I have been paying the Asics filing fee to hold the identity as Newcastle Gas Company Pty Ltd, (paying over $300 per year for the last 25 years)
We are now taking referrals from companies such as Service NSW, Weber BBQ’s, Tradelink Plumbing, Reece Plumbing, Eagles Plumbing, Bunnings, BBQ’s Galore, Newcastle City Council, Lake Macquarie City Council, BCF and many more.
Just completed an agreement with Elgas where they pay me a yearly fee to refer my LPG customers to them.
AGL or Jemena also do add campaigns for Cash back offers to customers with no fees to my business.
Last year sold over 90 reconditioned gas heaters in cash sale. The recondition heaters have a better profit margin, than selling new heaters.
Consistently between 500 & 600 heater services, including conversions are performed per year.
2024 Pricing. General Heater Services are $195.00 and Conversions start from $330.00.
We only sell high quality gas components, hoses, fittings and appliances.
Newcastle Gas is also accredited to do Type B Gas appliances.
Have just become a Distributor for Keefer Bros Pty Ltd which have been around also for over 100 years and on some very good pricing that no other company in Australia can match.

Newcastle Gas is a name with over 100 years of association with the 6th largest city in Australia.
My current location in Warners Bay has been a Gas Shop for over 35 Years.
Newcastle Gas has only been in retail approx. 7 years and started with an empty showroom, and is growing every year.
I am a third-generation family member of 50 years + in the gas industry in Newcastle.
We currently have minimal competitors and between the staff, which is myself and 2 contactors, we have nearly 100 years’ experience in the gas industry.
