Transaction Overview

The shareholders are seeking to divest 100% of the issued share capital of the Company. The sale includes all technology, IP, domain assets, and operating infrastructure. The transaction is offered via an Expressions of Interest (EOI) campaign.

Due Diligence Access

A secure data room will be made available to qualified parties upon receipt of the Information Memorandum and execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
