What You’ll Do - As our Brisbane franchisee, you’ll manage:
Warehouse storage of stocked items
Receipting of supplier deliveries
Picking and preparing goods for dispatch
Despatching orders to freight carriers or "pickup" customers

Marketing support

Tramin will take care of critical marketing, sales, and backend operations, including managing client payments and overseeing key administrative tasks, so you can focus on running your warehouse.
Tramin will invest in a launch / powerful marketing campaign to kickstart your franchise and to drive awareness and attract customers from the get-go.

Training provided

Tramin will provide comprehensive training for one week prior to the launch of the franchise in Brisbane. This will entail 3 days at Tramin's current location in Sydney and 2 days in Brisbane to set up all the systems.
Thereafter, all Tramin's staff will be accessible to provide guidance and ongoing support.

Skills

While no formal qualifications are required to become a Tramin franchise partner, having experience in warehousing or a background in trade and construction is a significant advantage. Additionally, holding a forklift license is essential. In addition, candidates should demonstrate self-motivation, exceptional communication skills, a drive to build a successful business, and the enthusiasm to continuously improve through further streamlining operations and making day-to-day tasks more efficient.

Length of Agreement

5 years with another 5-year option to review
The Franchisee's income will be a percentage of the revenue generated
The Franchisee's costs will include:
- Warehouse lease fees - Note: Franchisee will lease the warehouse from landlord
- Operations costs - eg: Wages, Forklift lease costs, Waste disposal, Energy, Packaging, etc
- Warehouse-related Admin costs - eg: Business & Work Cover insurances, Telephone, Printer, Bookkeeping, etc
