History
Having grown up in a family where the kitchen was the heart of our home, I was fortunate to learn from my Nonna, who passed down the secrets of traditional Italian recipes.
When I went overseas 2 years ago, I ate at a restaurant where they whip up delicious, customisable pasta in minutes and thought to myself, "Hey, wouldn't this go well as a food truck here in Melbourne?" And so I gave it a shot, and it succeeded massively!
