We are looking for new owners of Nambour’s favourite cafe* offering full kitchen, cabinet food, fresh juices and smoothies, and specialty coffee. We seat 25 comfortably, plus 2 small tables outside which could be increased easily. Open Monday-Saturday 7-2, with the possibility of re-opening Sundays. Operating with one owner working 5 days , alone side two casual staff members per day.
We have established a fantastic return customer base, many who work full time in the area. There is a new tenancy opening in the huge space right next door, as well as more offices being filled below and the movie theatre having just reopened too! There is an active liquor licence which doesn’t currently get used as well landlord approval to open into the evenings. The room for growth is huge with what else could be offered from the space!
