Remy's is fully staffed. Managers do all the ordering and write all the rosters, and the cooks do all the cooking. In terms of what skills you should have is just the drive to learn and work.

I have four restaurants as is, and now I have a child. I cannot be across all four sites and be the father I want to be, so one has to go. Remy's is being sold as it's the hardest to get to while being a father, due to it operating primarily in the evening. It also has the most saleability, so it was a no brainer.

Remy's Deep Dish Pizza & Bar is Australia's FIRST deep dish restaurant. It is fully licensed and can seat up to 120 guests. It specialises in Deep Dish Pizza, a cuisine created and made famous in Chicago, USA.
Remy's opened during Covid and while the world was in lock down, I was able to Skype one of America's biggest names in deep dish pizza and pick their brain to develop authentic deep dish pizza.
Remy's has a great vibe and welcomes all type of customers from couples on dates, to families in the afternoon, and of course large groups who will indulge in cocktails, beer jugs, shots etc. Friday and Saturday nights are a lot of fun, but never get out of control. Turn up the music and let the money pour into the till.
Remy's has a high quality interior fit-out, and a massive alfresco area which is completely under cover thanks to retractable awnings. The interior and alfresco area share extra large windows that open right up, so inside feels like outside in the summer time.
Remy's has a large social media following and would certainly be considered famous thanks to how unique it is.
The cherry on top at Remy's is that there is an underground bar, half fit out just waiting to be finished - and it comes at no extra cost or extra rent. Remy's covers all the overheads, so the club is ready to be raw profit. The reason it didn't get finished is because i couldn't get insurance for it as i applied during Covid when dancing wasn't permitted. Things have since changed but i had moved on to my next project by then. My renovations included: repair all walls. painting. Extensive electrical work for new GPO points, and all new lighting including cleaning flood lights. Replaced all plumbing to bring up to code. Repaired all three toilets. Built bar carcass and created a custom stainless steel bench with ice well, speed rack etc.
Remy’s has a full keg room and 6 tap font, and a line has been run downstairs so the club can have its own font.
This is a very rare opportunity and whoever purchases this business will inevitably make a great profit with many years of a success to come.
