Our business model is simple and it works! GJV is a cafe on wheels with a specially designed and fitted espresso hardware and storage space for inventory, allowing you to provide customers their caffeine fix any day of the week. Our internationally accredited and multi-award winning master roaster has lovingly created this unique blend to ensure our customer’s receive a perfect coffee, first time every time – it’s what makes us their local hero and keeps them coming back for more! The model is also complete with an event booking portal for new enquires and events.
As part of the Retail Food Group family, you will be provided with an established business model for you to thrive in. Our team of highly experienced professionals will provide you with the training and tools to get your business on the road and continue to provide ongoing support through your allocated Territory Manager and Head Office team.
Marketing support
Gloria Jean's Vans Marketing Department are a team of qualified professionals with years of experience creating and implementing innovative and successful marketing programs. The marketing team are responsible for all major national campaigns as well as:
• Digital Marketing (eComm, Social Media, Website)
• Loyalty Program
• TV, Radio, Newspaper, Out of Home media & Print advertising
• In Store Promotions

Training provided
We recognise that you may have limited experience, therefore we deliver an extensive one-week training program to help teach you what you need to know to operate Gloria Jean's Vans. The trainers are brand experts that will teach you all aspects of running the franchise.
Our purpose build training academy is located on the Gold Coast in Mermaid Beach, QLD.
Additionally, 2 weeks in-store support upon opening, as well as ongoing assistance from both the support office and your dedicated Territory Manager.
