The founder of this business set out to redefine the experience of Mochi in 2021. Frustrated by the miniscule portions offered internationally and the lack of locally manufactured options, they created a unique product which is currently sold to numerous restaurants, pop-up stores, caterers and is stocked at various IGA’s in the Perth metro area.

After four years of fine tuning the manufacturing process, maximising efficiency, minimising the overhead costs and obtaining the necessary approvals including the high-risk food license from the Department of Health and Safety, the business is ready for the next operator to move in and take advantage of the significant growth potential.

The founder has minimised the cost of production by procuring a shared tenancy arrangement with a large commercial kitchen in Balcatta.
