Responsibilities: As the appointed management, you will oversee daily operations, menu curation and the cultivation of a superior customer experience. You'll also have autonomy over revenue management, including retaining the takings generated by the business and personnel, which includes wage administration. Efficiently managing outgoings to ensure the smooth functioning of the establishment will also be under your purview.
